Need some help with your swim stroke mechanics? This clinic will cover Dry Land Strength Training, In-Water Stroke Analysis and Underwater Video Analysis. In conjunction with videographer T.C. Cheng, each participant will be filmed in the Freestyle Stroke from three angles (2 underwater and 1 above water). Videos will be reviewed the same day and each swimmer will be critiqued. Participants will get their video via Swimmersvideoservice YouTube Channel after the clinic.

• In-Water Stroke Analysis (Freestyle)
• Underwater Video Analysis (Freestyle)

- Each clinic is held at the Los Gatos High School Community Aquatics Center
- Each clinic is from 9:00AM – 1:00PM
- Each clinic is limited to 10 swimmers. So sign up early to reserve a spot.
- Bring a swimsuit, goggles, warm clothes and a towel. You may want to bring a light snack as well.

About your instructor:
Pete Kain – Owner and Head Coach of Kain Performance Multi-Sport, as well as the Head Coach of Los Gatos Masters Swimming. Pete was a Collegiate Swimmer and Water Polo player. He is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, a ACSM Certified Health/Fitness Instructor, as well as a Certified Swim Coach. He was USA Triathlon’s “Overall Open Male Triathlete of the Year” in 2002. He is a 4-Time AG ITU World Triathlon Champion and a 7-Time USA Triathlon AG National Triathlon Champion.
