KAINIRON TEAM MEMBERS RECEIVE
THE FOLLOWING:
1. KainIron Team Monthly Training Calendar - Starting
in January 2011, every member of the KainIron Team will receive an online monthly
training calendar via Workoutlog for each month before the race. Training
calendar will include a detailed workout schedule for all levels of athletes.
Calendar includes a detailed description of each days workout(s).
2. KainIron Team Coached Workouts - Every member
of the KainIron Team will have access to all Kain Performance Team
workouts. These include weekly
workouts on Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM (brick/bike/run), Wednesday
Noon
Ride, Thursday noon Tempo Run (switches to evening Track at 6:30PM
in
March) and Saturday swim/bike/run workout. KainIron will also have
special
KainIron “team only” workouts two Sunday’s a month
which will include SAG
for longer rides and runs.) The KainIron Team will also have special
workouts “within” many of the regular Kain Performance
workouts.
3. Great Coaches - Each KainIron Team member will
be directly coached by
Pete and Shari Kain, plus some expert assistant coaches. The Kain’s
have
raced and traveled all over the World and are very excited about
the
opportunity to take a great group of people on an incredible journey!
4. Memories to last a lifetime!! - If this is
the only time you will ever
do an Ironman, you want to make it special. We plan on helping you
achieve
that goal!
