Meet some of our sponsors, get registered for the 2005 season, sign up for LG Masters program, order & pay for Kain Team Gear (have it in time for Oceanside!).

Please download and complete the 2005 Membership Application prior to Friday night (or your first workout) , and bring with you to speed the process.

The focus will be on base building at first. I am a big advocate of strength training in the off-season, winter time, so try to get to the gym when you can. If your schedule is tight, then the strength stuff is the first to go. It's OK to miss a workout here, or there and definitely if you are feeling run down/sick at all. If you do a group workout and get going faster/harder than what the schedule says, don't stress over it if you feel good. If you are feeling run down, then back off and just do your own thing, otherwise just have fun and go! We will be focusing on form more now, in all three sports.
