Stroke Analysis Clinic

Becky Lavelle and Pete Kain will be holding Swim Clinics this year at Los Gatos Aquatic Center.

The clinic will feature under water (frontal, side and overhead) video analysis, as well as in water stroke analysis and dry land training for improving your core strength and conditioning. We will review the video tapes the same day. Here are the details:

I had, by far, the best swim workout tonight. I focused on the problem areas highlighted in the video. Although I've plenty more work to do, it felt as if I broke thru a barrier after the swim clinic. I took off 3 minutes on my 2,000 yard swim tonight! That video is priceless! By visualizing what I should be doing versus what I was doing made a huge difference. I know I have a lot of work still ahead of me, and hopefully I can make steady gains on my swimming.
