Kain Performance holds weekly Coached Workouts covering swimming, biking and running. There are informal workouts and special events that are not held on a regular basis, so check with the coaches, or check the website for updates on dates and times. Training schedules are published & distributed on a monthly basis for regular monthly paid members.

Workouts are geared to the events the majority of the team is training for. There may be two workouts going on at a time. One group may be training for a long course event, while one group will be training for a short course event. Be ready! The workouts will be tough…but fun!
