Kain Performance holds weekly Coached Workouts covering all three disciplines. Complete training schedules are published on a monthly basis and available for regular monthly paid members through Workoutlog.
The KP Team Coached Workouts
Workouts are geared to the events the majority of the team is training for. There may be two workouts going on at a time. One group may be training for a long course event, while one group will be training for a short course event. Be ready! The workouts will be tough…but fun!
- TUESDAY NIGHT BRICK WORKOUT – 6:30PM (rain or shine)
Jan – March: @ LGHS – We set up in the breezeway behind the pool. Park by the track.
(Bring your trainer, bike shoes, run shoes & warm clothes. Layers!)
April – Sept: @ West Valley College, Meet in Parking Lot #5 (Bring $2 for parking)
Maps: 6 mile loop | 8 mile loop | 10 mile loop

Running Economy – Focus on running form and drills, intervals included!
